During my time at an agency, I worked with multiple clients to understand their individual marketing goals, and created strategies that met their brand needs. I also was in charge of daily client communications, making sure every question was answered, and every need was met!

I know we’re not supposed to choose favorites, but strategies are definitely mine.
I’ve developed and implemented content, paid advertising, and influencer strategies for multiple accounts. Every strategy was unique from the last depending on each brand’s audience, tone of voice, and brand identity. However, every strategy was relevant to the trends happening in present day social media, and delivered impactful results.

Ahh, yes. Every Social Media Manager’s favorite part of the job — REPORTS!
Every month, I would send analytics reports for each of my clients using the platform Sprout Social. My tasks include gathering and analyzing KPIs, evaluating campaign results, identifying trends, conducting competitor analysis, calculating ROI, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to clients.
Not the most glamorous, but someone’s got to do it!
